son has ADHD and have trouble sleeping when we go away to hotel we sprayed and slept right through the night great for sleep with children who have difficulties with sleep. My son asked for it to be sprayed every night, where it smells great too. I would recommend for anyone with disability children who have a hard time whining down for bed.
