The Farm
Situated in the tranquil side of the Hunter Valley, with fields of lavender blending with the surrounding vineyards against a backdrop of the majestic Yellow Rock Escarpment and the Brokenback Ranges.
A two-hour drive via the scenic Tourist Drive 33 coming from Sydney or an hour’s drive from Newcastle Airport will take you to the small peaceful suburb of Broke – home to some of the best boutique wineries in the Hunter Valley, World Heritage wilderness and ancient rock art.
Our Farming Approach
We grow our lavender using organic methods of farming. We combine permaculture and holistic management techniques to produce top quality lavenders without causing harm to the environment.
